Pavilion Rentals / Private Parties

Looking for a space to host your next birthday or event?

PSTC has a variety of spaces for our members to reserve for any occasion.


Do you have to be a member to reserve a pavilion?

Yes, PSTC is a members-only Club and you must have an active membership to reserve a pavilion or party space.

Can a member rent more than one pavilion?

Yes, there is no limit to the number of spaces a member can reserve. Pavilions 2 & 3 are in the closest proximity and are more frequently reserved together.

I have more guests expected than what is allowed for my space. Can I add more seating?

Yes, up to 2 picnic tables can be added to the rental for additional seating. They do not fit under the canopies but they can be placed nearby in the shade. Additional guest passes may be purchased at a reduced rate.

Can we bring outside food and drinks?

Yes, members are welcome to bring any outside food or drinks. For safety reasons, we ask that no glass items of any kind are brought to the facility.

Do you have a cooler or fridge/freezer that members can use?

PSTC has limited freezer/refrigerator space reserved for members with parties booked. You may coordinate with the General Manager to ensure enough storage space for the items served at your party. The Club also has a 30 gallon cooler available for use. Please note the Club does NOT have an ice machine- please make necessary arrangements.

Do you have a grill we can use to cook food for our event?

Yes, PSTC has a grill that members can reserve along with their pavilion rental.

Can we decorate the rental space?

Yes, decorations are allowed. Pavilions 2 & 3 have restrictions on balloons due to the ceiling fans. 

Can we come early to decorate and set up?

Yes, we build in a 60-minute timeframe to allow changeover for parties booked back to back. Members are welcome to arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled event time to set up and are allotted 30 minutes after their scheduled time to clean up. More time for set up and clean up can be arranged based on scheduling.

What is the cancelation policy?

PSTC does not offer refunds for party rentals. If a party is canceled due to weather or if it is canceled earlier than 2 weeks prior, members will receive a credit on their membership account for the total amount paid for the party reservation. Reservations canceled between 1-13 days before the event will be granted a 50% credit. Credits can be used to book a party for another date or pay membership dues.
