Week One:
Reset & Reflect

Focus: Detox the mind, hydrate the body, return to simple, healthy rhythms

Day One

New Year, Clean Slate

  • Movement: 20 min nature walk or slow yoga

  • Nourishment: Whole foods only, no added sugar

  • Intention: Write your top 3 goals for the year

  • Detox: Turn off screens by 9 p.m.

Day Two

Hydrate and Heal

  • Movement: 15 min stretch + 10 min walk

  • Nourishment: Drink lemon water in the AM; eat colorful veggies

  • Intention: Journal prompt - what does wellness mean to me?

  • Detox: Social media-free day

Day Three

New Year, Clean Slate

  • Movement: 30 min workout (bodyweight or yoga)

  • Nourishment: Cook a healthy homemade dinner

  • Intention: Journal prompt - what am I ready to let go of this year?

  • Detox: Clean one space in your home (desk, fridge, closet)

Day Four

Fresh Air, Fresh Mind

  • Movement: Outdoor walk or jog

  • Nourishment: No caffeine after noon

  • Intention: 5-10 minute brain dump

  • Detox: No phones during meals

Day Five

Hydrate and Heal

  • Movement: Try a new fitness class (online or in-person)

  • Nourishment: High-protein, high-energy meals

  • Intention: Write three wins from this week

  • Detox: Unsubscribe from 5 junk emails

Day Six

Stretch & Reflect

  • Movement: Gentle yoga/stretch + foam rolling

  • Nourishment: Smoothie + whole grains day

  • Intention: Set a weekly mantra (e.g. I am building momentum)

  • Detox: No TV/streaming after 8 p.m.

Day Seven

Slow Sunday Reset

  • Movement: Restorative yoga or mindful walk

  • Nourishment: Plant-based meals all day

  • Intention: Reflect - what did I learn about myself this week?

  • Detox: 1 hour or complete silence (no devices, music, or talking)

Week Two:
Renew & Recharge

Focus: Building momentum, strengthening self-care routines, creating joy

Daily Themes:

Intentional movement

Smart fueling

Mental reboot

Connection + joy

Day Eight

Power Up

  • Movement: Cardio + strength circuit

  • Nourishment: Pre/post workout fuel focus

  • Mindset: Listen to a motivational podcast

  • Connection: Text someone you've been meaning to reconnect with

Day Nine

Body Love

  • Movement: dance or pilates workout

  • Nourishment: Eat mindfully without distractions

  • Mindset: Journal prompt - What do I love about my body?

  • Joy: Do something playful (sing, paint, dance)

Day Ten

Focus Fuel

  • Movement: Strength-based workout (weights or resistance bands)

  • Nourishment: Balanced macro-focused meals

  • Mindset: Plan a week of healthy meals ahead

  • Joy: Buy or cook a new ingredient you've never tried

Day Eleven

Declutter the mind

  • Movement: 30 min brisk walk

  • Nourishment: Light, anti-inflammatory meals (turmeric, greens, berries)

  • Mindset: Journal prompt - What's taking up space in my mind that doesn't serve me?

  • Connection: Call or video chat with a friend/family member

Day Twelve

The Glow-Up

  • Movement: Cardio + strength circuit

  • Nourishment: Hydration focus (2.5L)

  • Mindset: Spend the night pampering yourself

  • Joy: Wear something that makes you feel amazing

Day Thirteen

Your Energy Audit

  • Movement: Your choice (bike, hike, walk, stretch)

  • Nourishment: Eat based on how you want to feel

  • Mindset: Energy audit - Who/what gives me energy? What drains me?

  • Joy: Set plans for something to look forward to next week

Day Fourteen

Ritual & Reset

  • Movement: Short flow or breathwork

  • Nourishment: Mindful, celebratory meal

  • Mindset: Reflect - What shifted for me these two weeks?

  • Connection: Create a simple weekly wellness ritual (Sunday reset, meal prep, journaling)
