Tennis Programs: Clinics, Lessons, and Teams
Club members may participate in any of the folllowing activities:
Tots Program
Designed for 4-6 year olds. We focus on hand-eye coordination, footwork, and provide a basic introduction to the game. We concentration on each child's level of comprehension for better learning and offer lots of fun and games. This program is great for socialization and skill building. Junior Clinics
Designed for 6-14 year olds. Each child is grouped according to age and skill level. We focus on physical conditioning, game fundamentals, and technique. We also introduce each child toe basic strategies and score keeping, all of which are needed for the team level player. FALL AND WINTER BROCHURES AND SCHEDULES
Junior Team
Our Junior team is desgiend for children from 10-17 years of age. Each tennis player should complete basic training (including scoring and tennis match play) before joining this team. We focus on singles and doubles game strategies, conditioning, and stretching. We play in the Potomac Junior Tennis League, with matches on Thursdays. SUMMER SCHEDULE TBA
Ladies' Team Tennis
Competing at the 'A' and 'C' levels, our ladies' tennis teams play Washington Ladies Interclub matches throughout the spring and fall seasons. In practices we focus on skill development, conditioning, and the strategies necessary for success in both singles and doubles. FALL AND WINTER BROCHURES AND SCHEDULES

Stroke of the Week Clinic
Held weekly on Monday evenings throughout the summer, this co-ed clinic for adults of all levels targets specific strokes and strategies each week. The expert instruction in the clnic portion of the evening is followed by opportunities to implement what we've learned in friendly match play.
Men's Night Clinics
Held weekly on Tuesday evenings throughout the summer, our men's nights target specific skills each week. Following a challenging series of carefully crafted drills designed to improve specific components of participants' games, the men have the opportunity to implement these skills in friend singles and doubles competition.
Private Lessons
Greg is available for private tennis instruction from the first day of the spring season right through to the end of fall, weather permitting. For those who want to groove their strokes, hitting lessons are available as well. RATES
