For well over forty years, Potomac Swim and Tennis has been the setting for family fun, and this year should be tremendous, with a new main pool to enhance all of the other recent improvements and renovations! We are a low-key, family-oriented swim and tennis club with friendly people and lots of activities. The heated pools are delightful for a leisurely swim, and the tree-filled grounds offer ample shade for lounging. In 2008, we will have more to offer following the completion of the second of two sets of renovations and improvements to the Club facilities. At the start of the 2008 season, members will have what amounts to a brand new main pool with wider lap lanes, dedicated recreational areas, and new shade structures. The improvements will be in addition to our 2007 upgrades -- a renovated bathhouse and enlarged and revamped heated wading/kiddie pool. And of course, members can still play a couple of games of tennis on one of our five courts while their children are at swim team practice with our expert coaches. After swim practice is over, the kids can play on our large and popular playground and sports court. Don't forget to come to our holiday parties, adult socials, and swim meets.Our shaded grounds and various activity areas make our Club the perfect place to relax and make new friends.
