The Potomac Swim and Tennis Club opened in 1963 and has now provided several generations
with a friendly place to spend their summers. Over the years our facilities have grown to include a
competition-sized pool for swimming and diving and a separate tot pool designed. Our tennis program has expanded on five courts with two pros. In 2001, we added a
kid-friendly playground on a child-safe cushioned surface and a sports court which includes basketball, tetherball, and four-square
courts, all nestled on our five-shaded acres close to Potomac Village. In 2007 we upgraded our bathhouse,renovated our wading pool and kitchen, and added two all-weather shade structures. In 2008 we expanded our pool recreation options, completely renovating our heated main pool to increase lap swimming, diving well, and shallow area options, and adding two additional shade structures.
